My Approach
My career lives at the intersection of communications and arts and culture. I’m a storyteller—a writer and a photographer—and I spent years as a freelance theatre artist, directing and producing productions. This primed me to think in both words and images, and means I can translate complex ideas into narratives that make an impact.
Strategic Communications
Good communications work is as informed by listening as it is by shaping narrative. My approach is process-oriented, led by data, and centers its audience and the communities each organization serves.
Written & Visual Storytelling
Like most communications professionals, I’m a writer, but I also bring an eye for visuals. Whether its editorial or publications work, photography, graphic design, or multimedia producing, I bring a two-pronged approach to all of my work, because stories are experienced in different ways by different audiences.
My Work
